Welcome to EazyCanna Cannabis & Mushroom Delivery and Shipping Services (referred to below as "EazyCanna," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our local delivery and shipping services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By placing an order with EazyCanna, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your local jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all transactions and will be verified upon delivery or prior to shipping.

2. Service Areas & Delivery Type

Local Delivery (San Diego County)

We provide direct, on-demand local delivery services exclusively within San Diego County.

All local deliveries require the physical presence of the ordering party and the presentation of a valid ID matching the order details.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if compliance or safety requirements are not met.

Nationwide Shipping (All US States)

We offer shipping services to all states via third-party couriers.

Compliance: It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with their local, state, and federal laws regarding the receipt and possession of hemp-derived cannabis and mushroom products.

3. Shipping Policy via United States Postal Service (USPS)

All shipped orders are dispatched via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a package is handed over to USPS, the transit and handling are entirely under the jurisdiction of the postal service.

Delays, Losses, Theft, and Confiscation

Because we rely on a third-party postal network, EazyCanna cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for issues that arise during transit. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Delayed Packages: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Weather, peak seasons, and sorting facility backlogs can cause unexpected delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if a package stops moving in transit permanently, EazyCanna is not legally or financially responsible for courier errors or mail theft.

Confiscation: In the rare event that a package is intercepted, inspected, or confiscated by postal authorities or law enforcement, EazyCanna is not liable for the loss of the product or funds.

4. Weather, Product Integrity, and Damaged Goods

Many of our products are sensitive to environmental factors. Extreme weather conditions (such as severe summer heat waves or freezing temperatures) during transit can affect the texture, consistency, appearance, or quality of the products (e.g., melting of certain items).

Assumption of Risk: Adverse weather conditions are completely out of our hands, and EazyCanna is not responsible for products altered due to climate exposure during shipping.

No Return Shipments: To ensure safety and hygiene, we do not ask or permit you to ship any products back to us under any circumstances.

Our Resolution Policy (Rare Occasions)

While we are not legally obligated to replace items damaged by weather or postal handling, we value our community.

The 50% Replacement Courtesy: On a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion, if an order arrives severely damaged due to transit or weather, EazyCanna may offer a 50% discount to re-ship a replacement order.

To be considered for this rare courtesy, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EazyCanna, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, the performance of USPS, or the consumption of any products purchased.

6. Changes to Terms

EazyCanna reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our platform and takes effect immediately upon posting.
